These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clock Out mobile application ("App") provided by Alex Smyntyna ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clock Out, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Rely solely on the App for legal or financial record-keeping without independent verification
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alex Smyntyna and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE APP IS INTENDED AS A PERSONAL TRACKING TOOL AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE RECORD FOR EMPLOYMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX PURPOSES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS AND RECOMMEND VERIFYING ALL DATA INDEPENDENTLY.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST WAGES, EMPLOYMENT DISPUTES, OR TAX ISSUES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
